Bridget Hillebrand is an award-winning print maker and visual artist with a Masters Degree in Fine Art from RMIT University, a PhD in Visual Art at Monash University, and over 20 years’ experience teaching and conducting workshops.
Throughout this one day workshop, students will learn the techniques of drypoint and chine collé. Drypoints can be developed as an exciting extension to other art practices, while chine collé is a technique that allows you to add colour to your prints on delicate papers which are bonded onto a heavier support paper during the printing process. Students will learn how to transfer a drawing, prepare a plate, and print a small edition, and are encouraged to work from their own drawings or photographs.
All materials are included in the workshop fee. Before confirming your booking, please read the terms and conditions on our check out page thoroughly as we are unable to offer refunds, credit notes or transfers.
