This program is designed for people who wish to develop an informed painting and drawing practice in a range of mediums. Taught by Sarah Wolf, an award winning artist and highly skilled tutor with a passion for sharing her skills and insights with students.
This is an ongoing class and appropriate for beginner students who wish to gain skill and competence as painters and drawers in a range of classical mediums.
Sarah Wolf is a prize-winning multidisciplinary artist working across the fields of painting, drawing and printmaking. Sarah graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne University, before going onto further studies in Tokyo, where she lived and worked for six years, and was a founding member of Miki Art and Design Collective. Sarah has been exhibiting her work since graduation and teaching for many years, enjoying sharing her expertise in many mediums with students.

At the Melbourne Studio of Art we strive to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment for our staff and patrons and always have the best interest of our customers in mind. On return to the studio, we will be strictly following COVID guidelines including limiting capacity and frequently disinfecting our studio spaces. This means that we will only be accepting enrolments from fully vaccinated individuals during this time. Students who wish to attend in studio classes require to be fully vaccinated at the time of their scheduled class.
