Conditions of enrolment in Art Courses at Melbourne Studio Arts

A student's enrolment in courses will be confirmed only after payment of fees (see terms and conditions below).

Any student who has paid to attend painting or drawing classes, and withdraws more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the term, will be entitled to a maximum refund of 75% of the course fee.

Melbourne Studio Arts reserves the right to withhold an administration fee of 25%.

No refund or transfers of money will be made if a student cancels their enrolment less than two weeks before the start of the term.

Please note, students will not receive a refund for missed classes, nor will classes be transferred.

However, where possible, students will be offered a make-up class, with a limit of one make-up class per term, per student.

Existing students enrolling in art courses during the following term

To secure a place in a painting or drawing class during the following term, current students must pay fees either in full, or part payments after a 40% deposit.

The deposit must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Subsequent payments must be made by direct debit or credit card payments on dates to be determined between Melbourne Studio Arts and the student during the period of the course.

Please note: Part payment of fees is only available for adult courses at Melbourne Studio Arts.
